Summary: Max lives a completely ordinary life, until the day he hears of a tragic event at a local restaurant in which a waitress was killed. Even though he doesn't know the girl, he feels connected to her and not only that, he also gets flashes of a future they would have had together, if he would have been there that day and saved her.
Author's Note: Completely AU. I thought I should try something completely different for once. I hope you like, if you do I have a few more ideas like that. ;)
To make it a little bit easier: Black&white: Backflashes of what happened that day at the Crashdown yellow: Flashes of the other reality in which Max saved her and the future they would have had together blurry / silver border / pale in color: Max halluzinations in which he thinks he sees her, even though of course that's not possible
